Returns & Exchanges

At Apollo Scooters, we want you to ride with confidence; if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can initiate a return within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided the scooter has traveled fewer than 10 kilometers.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

• 2.
  Pack with Care

  Place the scooter and all original accessories back into the original protective packaging to ensure the unit is not damaged during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at an authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the scooter's condition and odometer reading, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
